• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you do custom printing by special order ?

  Yes, we sure do !!!

  We also do CUSTOM T-Shirts / Hoodies / iPhone & Samsung Phone Cases / Tote Bags / Draw String Bags / Backpacks / Fanny Packs / Flip Flops / Mugs / Posters printing USING YOUR DESIGN by special order for individuals / organizations.

  One or more, NO minimum quantities. Price discounts may apply depending on volume.

  Contact us via our customer service email ( [email protected] ) with your request, include email attachments with your proposed design regardless of design stage it is in for a free quote and consultation. We can do complete design from scratch (design fees may apply depending on complexity of design), or printing of a "finalized design" by you.

  If your custom design request requires substantial graphics design work by us, charges therefore will be negotiated and invoiced separately.

  When your design/product is ready for ordering, it will appear in and can be ordered from the CUSTOM DESIGN category.

  Make sure your design request does not violate intellectual property rights ( copyrights, trademarks, etc. ) ; DPWCo-eCOMMERCE assumes NO liability for intellectual property rights infringement issues - it is the responsibility of the party(s) requesting custom design printing to avoid intellectual property rights infringement violation issues.

• Sales Tax

  Sales Tax should only be collected for sales within the State of Kansas USA, wherein DPWCo-eCOMMERCE has nexus.

  Due to the fluctuating sales tax rate(s) applicable per specific jurisdiction resulting from local ( county - municipal ) rates compounded upon general state sales tax rates, Sales Tax will be collected at the flat rate of 10%.

  Upon notification to DPWCo-eCOMMERCE, and confirmation from State data bases, that a different lower sales tax rate actually applies, if the customer has been over charged for sales tax, a refund of the over charge will be issued.

  In Kansas, sales tax is applied to Shipping & Handling charges as well as the actual product(s) purchased.

  Refunds of sales tax collected from customers outside the State of Kansas will also be made. It is the responsibility of such customers to remit to their respective jurisdictions any applicable "use tax" for their purchases online from internet purchases.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
